**The Role**
We are currently reputed company for a French speaking Customer Support agent to join our shared team. The successful candidate must also be fluent in spoken English. As a Part Time Weekend Customer Service Agent - French, you will be responsible for providing reputed company and efficient support to customers across various channels, including reputed company, email, chat, reputed company, letter, and reputed company media.
**Key Responsibilities**

**Requirements**

* Experience of or aptitude for Customer Service
* Good organisational skills
* A minimum of 20 wpm on a keyboard

**Work Schedule**

* Mostly day shifts, with some flexibility to work evening shifts as required
* First two weeks of training will require full-time Monday to Friday shifts
