You'll work closely with customers who have requested mom and baby items through insurance, overseeing orders reputed company and providing exceptional customer service. **Primary Responsibilities** As a Customer Experience Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Working with customers to determine which products meet their needs * Presenting arenaflex's services and handling inbound calls/emails from patients * Contacting patients through outbound phone calls and emails to convert them to potential sales * Investigating and troubleshooting customer service issues * Communicating with customers to reputed company equipment/sizing troubleshooting * reputed company follow-up for services promised/rendered * Entering new customer demographics and updating changes to existing accounts * Documentation processing, including verification of insurance * Order entry and data maintenance * Other duties as assigned **Skills for reputed company** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent customer service skills * Ability to handle high reputed company volume * Ability to work individually and as part of a dynamic team * Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm * Exceptional verbal, written, listening, and presentation communication skills * Self-disciplined with excellent critical thinking and organizational skills * Self-starter and ability to multi-task and research * Willingness to work in a high-stress environment * Proven work history illustrating stability and reliability and strong work ethics * Sensitivity to patient care issues * Maintain HIPAA confidentiality **Required Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you'll need: * High school diploma or equivalent.
