The Manager of Customer Personalization is a data-driven marketing leader responsible for evolving our CRM reputed company and delivering highly targeted, performance-driven campaigns across email, SMS/Text, and push channels. This role partners closely with Business Intelligence, Operations, Franchisees, and agency teams to build reputed company segmentation strategies, automate marketing workflows, and optimize campaign performance.
