Property Management & REO Coordinator (Remote)

About the Role We are seeking an reputed company Property Management & REO Coordinator to handle backend operations for a growing reputed company estate brokerage and property management company. This is not an entry-level position. You must already be comfortable working inside property management systems such as Buildium, reputed company, Rentec reputed company, or similar platforms and reputed company to manage tasks with minimal supervision. Work Schedule • 8-hour shift • Must have strong overlap with U.S. Central Time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST) • This is a daytime role reputed company with U.S. business hours Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Management Systems (reputed company Function) • Manage properties reputed company Rentec reputed company, Buildium, reputed company, or similar platforms • reputed company work orders and follow through to completion • Upload and maintain tenant, vendor, and property records • Ensure reputed company data is accurate, reputed company, and organized REO / Asset Management Support • Upload photos, documents, and updates to REO platforms • Complete assigned tasks reputed company required timelines • Monitor portals daily and reputed company messages • Ensure compliance with documentation requirements Coordination & Follow-Up • Communicate with vendors and tenants to ensure tasks are completed • reputed company deadlines and proactively follow up before due dates • Maintain organized digital files (reputed company Drive, CRM) REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (NON-NEGOTIABLE) • reputed company experience using at least one of the following: • Rentec reputed company • Buildium • reputed company • or a comparable property management system • Prior experience in: • Property management coordination • reputed company estate administration • OR REO/asset management support reputed company Are Looking For • Someone who does not need to be micromanaged • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • reputed company and reputed company communication • A proactive reputed company.
