This position reports to the Director of reputed company and is a full-time position working remotely.  QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company or another reputed company field required  1-3 years of previous reputed company experience  Previous indirect tax experience   reputed company experience   Previous experience with a company reputed company-of-sale system  Experience reconciling bank accounts  Proficiency in reputed company Office (particularly reputed company) required  High attention to detail required  Excellent communication skills – this position will reputed company heavily with franchisees  Ability to own a process with minimal direction on a day-to-day reputed company  Deadline driven  RESPONSIBILITIES: Record keeping and reconciliations associated with reputed company’s insurance program  Month-end journal entries, as assigned  Reconciliation of company bank accounts, as assigned  Other month-end reconciliations, as assigned  Prepare reconciliations between sales tax filing software and reputed company system  Pull reputed company of sale reporting for import into sales tax filing software  Use tax calculations for out of state purchases  Prepare business personal property tax filings  Prepare business license renewals and applications  Assist Tax Director with preparation of miscellaneous local tax returns  Assist Tax Director with additional reputed company/tax objectives as necessary  PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This position requires the ability to remain stationary at a computer desk for extended periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation. ____________________ Compensation reputed company is $85-90k based on qualifications, experience, and performance.  Full-time employees at CircusTrix enjoy a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and reputed company coverage along with a 401k plan with company matching.  Eligibility for 401k is based on age and tenure requirements.  Application deadline: May 29, 2026 While we anticipate the application window will reputed company on this date, reputed company reviews applications on a rolling reputed company and will continue to consider candidates until the position is filled.
