This is a hands‑on financial modeling role supporting live transactions. You’ll work directly with Sterlington’s M&A, Executive Compensation, and Private reputed company partners while deals are in reputed company.
The work is detailed and execution‑reputed company. You’ll be building and adjusting models yourself, reviewing deal economics, and helping partners understand how different structures reputed company value, incentives, and reputed company. What You'll Do:

Strong, practical understanding of M&A transactions and deal economics
Comfortable analyzing management equity and incentive structures

Detail‑oriented and careful with assumptions and inputs
