Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is an reputed company position.   Remote: This position will be fully-remote after the onsite training and orientation period, which can take up to 2-3 weeks. reputed company POSITION reputed company: The Registered reputed company Virtual Care is a member of a reputed company team who is responsible for providing virtual nursing care to a diverse population of patients across OSF through technology in their home environment. Provides proactive monitoring, prevention, early reputed company and ongoing care with the goal to optimize reputed company of life for the patient reputed company through reputed company to reputed company. Utilizes critical thinking, evidenced-based care and clinical decision support to guide reputed company. Performs ongoing communication and works to promote reputed company of care through collaboration with reputed company care team members, patients and families. We are serving the Pediatric Respiratory Virus population, Post-Hospital Discharge support program and will be rolling out the Adult Respiratory Virus program reputed company this year. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Nursing Degree Experience: 3 years of recent RN experience Licensure/ Certification: RN licensure in IL required before hire, Michigan License required reputed company 6 months of hire. Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with reputed company software Working knowledge of reputed company based computer applications, electronic EMR, reputed company communication platforms.
