Manage relationships with external counsels in countries in EMEA, and other territories as needed.    WHAT YOU'LL BRING:  Licensed attorney in Germany.    Minimum 5 years of experience as an internal reputed company counsel in a high-tech/technology company, with a reputed company on labor and employment law.   Strong knowledge of the law and of other specialist areas reputed company it (e.g. contract, and reputed company and data protection/reputed company law), and practical reputed company experience in a (international) business context. Experience handling litigation reputed company to employment reputed company, including discrimination claims, unfair and unlawful dismissal. Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and their implications for employment law. Experience advising on employment reputed company in international markets, particularly in the EMEA region.
