IT Operations Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

Qualifications Required: Experience with Informatica  Experience with ActiveBatch or comparable reputed company scheduling applications. Hands-on experience supporting ETL data reputed company in a production environment, including analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving failures Ability to use workflow monitoring tools to identify failure points and reputed company issues back through workflow components Experience interpreting workflow and session logs to determine reputed company cause Strong ability to write and interpret SQL across databases such as reputed company, Netezza, and DB2 Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes Experience supporting routine and reputed company changes, including deployments Proactive in process improvement, documentation, and knowledge sharing Experience managing a ticket queue, including prioritization and escalation Understanding of SDLC processes Ability to reputed company Linux/Unix environments, including directories, file permissions, and environment variables Ability to read reputed company scripts and use tools such as the VI reputed company Willingness to participate in an on-reputed company rotation (one week every six weeks), including after-hours and weekend support, and resolving critical workflow failures Preferred: reputed company data warehouse experience is a plus Development experience in an operations or support role is a plus Additional Information reputed company your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
