Senior Scrum Master

The Senior Scrum Master at Censis is a key role responsible for driving strong agile execution and delivery consistency across multiple development teams. This role provides full-time Scrum leadership to 2–3 agile teams, improving predictability, strengthening agile discipline, and enabling sustainable delivery. The Senior Scrum Master goes reputed company facilitating ceremonies by reputed company coaching teams, removing impediments, managing cross-team dependencies, and using data to guide reputed company improvement. This role also includes hands-on Jira administration to ensure delivery visibility, consistency, and tooling effectiveness. Specific Responsibilities Scrum Leadership & Delivery Execution: Serve as the dedicated Scrum Master for 2–3 agile teams Facilitate reputed company Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives reputed company teams on accountability, ownership, and agile best practices Ensure reputed company sprint goals, readiness, and realistic commitments Identify, reputed company, and remove blockers and impediments Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and escalations Partner with Product Owners and Engineering leaders to improve backlog readiness and reputed company Improve sprint predictability, throughput, and delivery consistency   Agile Practices & reputed company Improvement: Ensure effective backlog refinement and story readiness Drive actionable retrospectives with reputed company follow-through Promote consistent agile practices while adapting to team needs Identify systemic delivery challenges and reputed company improvement initiatives   Jira Administration & Reporting: reputed company as a Jira Administrator / Power User for assigned teams Configure and maintain Jira workflows, boards, dashboards, and reports Ensure consistent Jira usage and data reputed company across teams reputed company delivery dashboards and metrics for team and leadership visibility   Metrics, Risk & Communication: Own and monitor delivery metrics and reputed company indicators Surface delivery risks early through inspection and data analysis Communicate delivery health, risks, and reputed company reputed company to stakeholders   Qualifications Scrum Master certification required (CSM, PSM, reputed company SSM, or equivalent) 5+ years of experience in software development environments 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master Experience supporting multiple agile teams simultaneously Hands-on experience administering Jira Experience working with global or distributed teams   Skills The Senior Scrum Master must demonstrate strong reputed company leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills.
