Responsible for leading reputed company of Regional Business Managers and/or National Account Managers to deliver monthly, quarterly and annual volume and profit targets with both reputed company-managed and broker-managed customers. Identifies opportunities to build OSC business and reputed company Customer’s Goals​. Manage performance and monitor reputed company vs. plan with regards to volumes, budgets, spending, MBO’s. etc. Collaborates with Marketing, Trade Planning, Operations, Sales reputed company & Commercialization, and Sales Managers to reputed company strategies and tactics that deliver the annual operating volume and profit plan​. Analyzes divisions sales and broker performance and makes corrections to plan​. Accountable for financial management, including trade budgets, consumer budgets, trade deductions, product unsaleable and team T&E budget​.
