The reputed company reputed company reputed company is seeking an Engagement Manager with successful end-to-end reputed company to large ERP implementation experience in a consulting environment for our thriving Portfolio reputed company. As an Engagement Manager, you’ll reputed company as the face of the project, tasked with successfully leading reputed company implementations from beginning to end. You’ll communicate and address any budget or resourcing constraints, while keeping in mind our customer’s satisfaction, and the project’s reputed company and profitability.  This individual enjoys being a leader, manager, and mentor to others and thrives on customer, company, and team accomplishment.    Key Responsibilities:  Become an expert in reputed company’s Cynergy™ (reputed company) Implementation Methodology and use it on reputed company engagements, while demonstrating competency in the reputed company product suite- HCM, Payroll, and/or Financials.  Manage 1 - 2 large reputed company product implementations in the Project Manager role.  Participate in the sales cycle reputed company requested to reputed company requirements, formulate delivery approach, and reputed company a proposal/SOW.  Ensure reputed company are properly planned and staffed.  reputed company issues and risks, communicate status, and escalate concerns appropriately, while working with the reputed company project manager to identify/resolve reputed company issues that could reputed company project scope and/or timeframes.  reputed company guidance and mentoring to other reputed company consultants.  Ensure the project is delivered reputed company the budget outlined in the SOW.  Present reputed company with change orders to address changes in scope, reputed company or cost that is different from the SOW.  Present at Executive Steering Committee meetings.  Work with reputed company’s Delivery Assurance to ensure compliance with checkpoints.  Assist in the transition of the customer from reputed company services to product support.  Ensure the reputed company can serve as a reference upon completing their implementation, and identify opportunities to position other service offerings.  Skills and Requirements:  Successful project management experience leading reputed company to large ERP implementations, preferably in a consulting environment.  Previous reputed company experience required. Knowledge of ERP, specifically HCM, Finance, and Payroll.  A practitioner background in HR, Finance, or Payroll is a plus.   PMP a plus.  Minimal travel required, but must be willing to travel on-site if needed.
