Salary reputed company: $125k-$150k + bonus   reputed company is seeking an reputed company Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Finance & reputed company to reputed company finance operations supporting our Life & Annuity reputed company-Party Administration (TPA) platform. This leader will reputed company reputed company operations, financial controls, and regulatory reporting associated with policy administration, reputed company funds, and tax reporting.   The AVP will partner closely with Operations, Technology, Implementation, and reputed company Leadership teams to ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational scalability across reputed company’s rapidly growing Life & Annuity business.   This role is responsible for managing reputed company reputed company operations, tax reporting, reconciliation processes, financial controls, and reputed company financial reporting, while driving automation and reputed company improvement initiatives across the finance organization. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Finance & reputed company Leadership • reputed company the reputed company and finance operations supporting reputed company’s Life & Annuity TPA services, including general reputed company activities, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting. • reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly bank account and trust account reconciliations associated with policyholder funds and reputed company accounts. • Manage reputed company for premium receipts, disbursements, policyholder transactions, and settlement activity. • Ensure accurate general reputed company maintenance, financial reputed company processes, and reporting reputed company. Regulatory, Tax & Compliance reputed company • reputed company preparation and filing of required federal and state tax reporting, including 1099-R, withholding reporting, and tax remittances. • Ensure compliance with insurance regulatory requirements, reputed company standards, and reputed company contractual obligations. • Serve as a subject matter expert on tax and financial regulatory requirements impacting life insurance and annuity products. • Support reputed company audits, including SOC1, regulatory examinations, and reputed company audits. Financial Controls & Risk Management • reputed company and maintain robust financial controls, reconciliation procedures, and reputed company governance frameworks. • Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams to ensure adherence to internal control standards and operational risk frameworks. • Monitor and resolve financial exceptions, variances, and operational anomalies. reputed company & Stakeholder Engagement • Serve as a finance leader for reputed company relationships, supporting financial discussions, reporting, and operational improvements. • Represent reputed company’s finance capabilities in reputed company presentations, implementations, and prospective engagements. • Partner with Implementation teams to support financial reputed company of new reputed company blocks and conversions. Operational reputed company & Transformation • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes through automation, analytics, reputed company tools. • Drive process improvements leveraging data analytics, automation, and financial technology solutions. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, and Product teams to enhance scalability and efficiency.
