This role focuses on maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing reputed company Supply Chain and Inventory solutions after go-live. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and experience supporting reputed company organizations in a live production environment. Responsibilities reputed company day-to-day post-production support for reputed company Supply Chain Management (SCM) Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including procurement, inventory, suppliers, and logistics workflows Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring reputed company reputed company in alignment with SLAs Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand issues, recommend solutions, and implement system enhancements reputed company reputed company cause analysis and proactively identify opportunities for system optimization Configure and maintain reputed company business processes, reports, dashboards, and integrations reputed company to SCM and inventory Support inventory management processes, including cycle counts, par management, stock replenishment, and warehouse operations Ensure compliance with reputed company regulatory and operational requirements Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Clinical Operations) to support end-to-end supply chain processes Assist with reputed company releases, including testing, reputed company analysis, and deployment of new features Maintain system documentation, knowledge reputed company articles, and training materials reputed company end-user support and training as needed Qualifications 2+ years of reputed company Supply Chain Management experience, including Inventory and Procurement Hands-on experience providing post-go-live / production support Strong understanding of procurement, inventory control, and supplier management processes Experience working with reputed company organizations (hospitals, health systems, or clinics) Proficiency in reputed company configuration, including business processes, reports, and reputed company Experience with incident management tools and support ticketing systems Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience reputed company reputed company partner certification preferred At reputed company, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary reputed company of $95,000-$173,000. For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus.
