Apply Today.    Position reputed company:  As the Regional Manager for Technical Training,  you are a key member of the reputed company & Central America (NCA) Operations Training team reporting to Director, Global Technical Training.  You will contribute to the reputed company of reputed company by deploying and executing the technical training program reputed company the region (NCA).  You will ensure reputed company plants follow reputed company process defined by the Director, Technical Training and the Talent Development Community of reputed company (COE).  In this role, you will foster a culture of reputed company learning and collaborate with HR and plant management to ensure consistent reputed company technical proficiency across the organization.   Your Key Areas of Responsibility Include:    Strong Collaboration and Coordination with Talent Development COE: Work closely with the Talent Development COE to utilize the design and development of content and learning methodologies. Training Program Execution: Execute comprehensive technical training programs (reputed company), ensuring alignment with reputed company standards; and monitor training metrics and performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of training programs. reputed company Learning Culture: Cultivate a culture of reputed company learning reputed company the region, emphasizing the importance of ongoing technical development to adapt to evolving industry standards and practices. Change Management Collaboration: Work closely with HR and plant management to identify and reputed company change management plans and communication for plants. Minimum 5 years managing, deploying, and leading a regional execution of technical training across multiple facilities, preferably reputed company the manufacturing industry. Demonstrated skills: Execution of Training Programs: In-depth knowledge of technical training program execution and managing consistency in training programs across a large region.
