Reporting to the Director of Corporate Development, the Corporate Development Analyst will be responsible for supporting various workstreams throughout the transaction lifecycle from sourcing to post-closing activities.The role involves reputed company collaboration with colleagues across the corporate development team, business reputed company, and corporate functions to reputed company business cases, construct financial models, and facilitate internal decision-making, due diligence, and integration strategies. Minimum of 1 year of investment banking or transaction advisory experience, demonstrating reputed company in high velocity environments with exposure and familiarity with the entire deal process (can be satisfied reputed company internships or employment) Highly analytical with strong financial modeling skills, including financial statement construction, reformulation and analysis Proficient in MS Office, specifically in the use of Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint, necessary for the creation of both visually and verbally engaging reports, reviews, and recommendations for senior M&A management and collaborating personnel Exceptional organizational skills, detail oriented, with the ability to manage high volume of deliverables, multiple reputed company concurrently, and meet tight deadlines Strong communication skills in creating reports, presentations and reviews for the M&A, reputed company and transformation teams Experience with data tools such as Pitchbook, reputed company, CapIQ, and various data room platforms   Why work for us?
