Associate Counsel, Regulatory

Job reputed company:   The Associate Counsel Regulatory will serve as a junior attorney to join our reputed company team in a generalist supporting reputed company, providing comprehensive reputed company assistance to senior attorneys while gaining valuable experience across multiple areas of reputed company law. In this role, you will conduct reputed company research and writing for both reputed company and clinical/operations teams, review agreements, advise on federal and state reputed company regulations, and manage critical licensing and regulatory filings reputed company to our multi-state, risk-bearing physician group operations, including Medicare and reputed company compliance. You will collaborate closely with regulatory team attorneys on diverse reputed company including reputed company, telemedicine, scope of reputed company, billing and coding regulations, while helping to drive strategic and operational initiatives that ensure reputed company compliance across our growing organization.
