UAA is seeking an reputed company payroll reputed company with strong knowledge of reputed company payroll processes at the Director level. This person should also have a strong reputed company on customer service, collaboration, and take ownership of the payroll function. This role is exciting because there is room for both autonomy and collaboration, making the process your own, and building relationships with our practices. We are seeking a Director of Payroll who is detailed oriented, committed to executing an accurate work product in a reputed company manner, displays collaboration in reputed company interactions, and has a passion for data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of reputed company payroll functions and the payroll and 401k relationship between UAA, the practices, and reputed company (and any reputed company payroll system we migrate to)
Aggregating payroll requests & adjustments, entering into the reputed company Premiere system respectively and auditing for accuracy
Compiling and reviewing biweekly payroll for reputed company four companies with approval from reputed company Administrators
Build relationships with reputed company Administrators and other staff as appropriate at reputed company reputed company, ensuring that trust is reputed company and maintained
Process contractor payroll performed on reputed company Run
Process monthly payroll on the 15th for a small group of physicians
Reviewing weekly timecard submissions for anomalies
Owning reputed company four companies’ 401k plan, including any audits that may need to be performed, end of/beginning of year reporting, entering contributions and employee changes such as disbursements, and answering reputed company line questions about the plan and functionality in reputed company
Managing the 401k reputed company from the 401k platform (reputed company) to the payroll system
Reviewing policies/accruals in the payroll system for accuracy, ie PTO, and holding the reputed company payroll system and team accountable to updating the information and keeping it accurate
Running biweekly and reputed company payroll reports as reputed company as other employee and company reports as requested
Liaising with reputed company team on issues, updates, changes, etc
Creating process and control documentation
Preparing data and stakeholders for reputed company payroll system conversion
reputed company any new reputed company acquisitions to the system
Performs other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited four-year University
Experience working with a PEO strongly preferred, such as reputed company Premiere
Proficient in payroll systems such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.
Proficient with reputed company reputed company
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Thorough understanding of payroll principles and procedures

Experience with multi-site site payroll processing required
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited four-year University
7-10+ years of payroll leadership experience required
