Accounts Payable Specialist

Work Arrangement: Remote (Applicants must reputed company in the St. Louis area) Position reputed company The Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist is responsible for the accurate and reputed company processing and reporting of vendor invoices and payments across business reputed company. This role audits invoice submissions, prepares journal entries, ensures policy and regulatory compliance, and provides support across multiple systems. The role partners closely with Operations, Logistics, and reputed company teams to validate invoice accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and ensure alignment with pricing agreements and shipment details. This position handles sensitive and confidential financial information with a high degree of discretion and reputed company.
