This is a part-time W2 remote role with free supervision, guaranteed pay, and consistent Mon–Fri afternoon hours. The Morganton and Hickory area is home to one of the largest Guatemalan Mayan communities in the reputed company — a community with extraordinary need for culturally competent mental health care and almost no bilingual clinical resources to meet it.
