In this role, you’ll answer and triage patient calls, schedule appointments, and verify insurance and demographic details reputed company while providing a reputed company, supportive, and compassionate experience. Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Answer, triage, and process requests for new patient appointments with both primary and specialty providers. Schedule appointments that reputed company with patient preferences and insurance requirements. Collect and verify patient demographics and insurance information. Coordinate with provider offices to ensure smooth transfer of patient information. Accurately document scheduled appointments, referrals, and demographic data in the EHR. Maintain professionalism in reputed company interactions with patients, peers, providers, and leadership. Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent required. At least 1 year of experience in a reputed company setting using computerized scheduling software. Excellent computer skills with strong organization and attention to detail. Previous reputed company center experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
