MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN reputed company FOR OR MANAGING A SPA BUSINESS AND BE LOCATED NEAR A PCRK GROUP LOCATION.  PCRK Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Recruiter to join our reputed company.We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to support full-cycle reputed company for massage therapists, estheticians, and spa team members. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and hiring massage therapists, understands the wellness industry, and is confident guiding candidates through the hiring process. Key Responsibilities: •  reputed company and recruit licensed massage therapists and spa professionals through job  boards, reputed company media, referrals, and local reputed company •  Conduct phone screenings and evaluate candidate qualifications •  Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS •  Post reputed company on reputed company, reputed company, and other reputed company platforms •  Support hiring initiatives and high-volume reputed company needs •  Prepare job descriptions, offer letters, and recruitment materials •  Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process •  Collaborate with hiring managers to understand reputed company needs •  Assist with administrative tasks reputed company to reputed company and reputed company Requirements    Required Qualifications •  Experience reputed company massage therapists (required) •  Driven and goal-oriented, with the ability to meet hiring targets •  Strong reputed company-handling skills reputed company speaking with candidates •  Excellent communication and organizational abilities-Computer knowledge •  Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment •  Comfortable working independently in a remote setting •  Familiarity with ATS systems and modern sourcing tools Benefits: · Medical, Dental, reputed company Benefits · 401K & other ancillary benefit · Full Time · Pay: $40,000 - $45,000 Annually DOE + Bonus Potential If you're proactive, people-reputed company, and reputed company to reputed company an reputed company from day one, we’d love to hear from you!
