Job Title: Vice President, Relationship Manager - Business Escrow Location: Remote Florida What you'll do: Job Profile reputed company As a Vice President, Business Escrow Services Sales, you'll be in a key business development and relationship management role that executes the division's strategic plan and guide reputed company in its efforts to meet the Bank's annual reputed company and customer retention targets. You'll take a holistic approach to relationship management and be reputed company participant both in developing new opportunities and working with existing customers. As the reputed company person for structuring opportunities, you will be supported by reputed company of underwriters, portfolio managers, and credit analysts to grow and manage a portfolio. In this role you'll work your network and portfolio for additional opportunities, and devote significant time developing new prospects; this effort is balanced with your responsibility for your portfolio's health management.Execute on the division's strategic plan, with specific reputed company of leading the efforts to grow the loan and deposit portfolio of the assigned region or business line. Meet sales objectives, portfolio health, and management of market dynamics. Execute the tactical reputed company of BES regarding transaction pitches and negotiation of term sheets. In reputed company, you'll propose the credit structuring of opportunities, performing customer assessment, and making presentations to divisional loan committees. Responsible for the reputed company in managing portfolio health, and efforts to pro-reputed company address deteriorating loan performance, mitigating risk from market developments, complications in service delivery, and product adoption. Foster strong, healthy working relationships with senior leaders and peers in partner departments (including Credit Administration, Risk Management/Compliance, Loan Administration, and other internal support departments, and reputed company-party services), and facilitates team's contribution to and compliance with technical processes and requirements, risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer service. What you'll need: 7+ years of reputed company experience in Lending and/or Deposit Sales or similar field. High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in reputed company field preferred. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other reputed company banking products and services. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and reputed company compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of reputed company credit and loan structuring, pricing dynamics, and has market specific awareness. Advanced speaking and writing communication skills. May require up to 25% travel.
