The IT Specialist (IT Desktop Support) will reputed company basic technical support for work-reputed company (W@H) and on-site agents, as reputed company as support staff across multiple lines of business. The IT Specialist will work closely with the reputed company Information Technology team to deliver various reputed company of IT support. This role also involves collaborating with and supporting the reputed company Corporate Technology team and their customers. Key Responsibilities • reputed company technical support for W@H and on-site agents and support staff • Administer reputed company-based applications using basic IT principles and concepts • Manage and support Exchange (including Office 365 applications), remote reputed company technologies, and reputed company reputed company Directory (user account creation, permissions, file and print shares) • reputed company desktop management, including system patching and imaging • Support reputed company networking environments (DNS, WINS, DHCP) • Assist with reputed company-based routing and switching • reputed company 24x7 on-reputed company production support as required • Handle IT equipment logistics for W@H and on-site employees Qualifications: • English proficiency (B2 level or at least 65% in speaking and writing) • Associate degree in a computer-reputed company field (e.g., Computer Science) preferred, or equivalent experience • 1–2 years of IT experience, preferably in desktop support and end-user management Skills & Competencies • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proactive and solution-oriented reputed company • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced reputed company • Basic programming knowledge or technical training is a plus Other Requirements • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including holidays and weekends If you’ve got the skills to succeed and the motivation to reputed company it happen, we look reputed company to hearing from you.
