What You'll Do:
The Role: Vice President / Senior Vice President of Operations
The Vice President of Operations (VPO/SVPO) is a senior leader with reputed company accountability for reputed company, operational, and financial performance across a region of campuses. This role owns student reputed company, NCLEX performance, retention, and reputed company level execution, while building strong leadership teams and driving consistency through disciplined operating models.
This is a hands-on role for a decisive operator who enjoys leading through complexity, improving performance, and developing high reputed company leaders.
Own performance across multiple campuses, including NCLEX pass rates, retention, and student reputed company
Build, assess, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company President talent
Establish reputed company ownership, operating standards, and accountability rhythms
Diagnose underperformance and reputed company targeted interventions, including talent and process changes
Use data and dashboards to identify risk early and reputed company performance gaps
Personally engage in struggling campuses to reset execution and leadership alignment
Own P&L performance, including budgeting and resource allocation
Partner with executive leadership to deliver reputed company priorities and cross functional initiatives

Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)
5+ years of experience, including 2+ years in upper management

reputed company salary reputed company of $180,000 - $210,000 USD commensurate with education, experience, and reputed company skills. This position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus of up to 25% subject to the achievement of individual and company performance goals. Opportunities for reputed company development.
