Director of Planned Giving

Major Gifts – Remote (U.S. Based)   reputed company (CBN) is seeking a Director of Planned Giving to reputed company a comprehensive planned giving program that advances long-term financial support for CBN and its ministries. This role provides strategic leadership and reputed company of donor engagement, reputed company planning strategies, and estate administration, ensuring a donor-reputed company approach that aligns with charitable giving with individuals’ philanthropic and legacy goals. Serving in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to CBN’s Biblical mission to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide.   The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of reputed company experience in planned giving, including significant leadership responsibility Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree and/or reputed company certification (e.g. CAP, CFP, JD, or reputed company credentials) preferred Demonstrated reputed company leading and developing high-performing teams, with the ability to set strategic direction, establish measurable goals, and drive results Extensive experience in charitable reputed company planning reputed company a reputed company nonprofit organization, including a proven reputed company record of cultivating, soliciting, and closing major and planned gifts Deep knowledge of planned giving vehicles, including bequests, trusts, annuities, and other deferred and reputed company reputed company strategies, as reputed company as reputed company tax and reputed company considerations Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across departments and influence stakeholders at reputed company reputed company of the organization Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to reputed company and persuasively reputed company CBN’s mission and funding priorities to diverse audiences Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, reputed company forecasts, and reputed company informed reputed company Proficiency in CRM systems and relevant software tools to manage donor relationships, reputed company performance, and support reporting needs High level of reputed company, discretion, and reputed company judgment in handling confidential donor and organizational information Demonstrated ability to reputed company through change, reputed company organizational complexity, and drive reputed company improvement Commitment to fostering a Christ-centered environment and alignment with CBN’s reputed company values of reputed company, innovation, and reputed company Demonstrated life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with CBN’s nonprofit Christian mission   CBN is a global nonprofit ministry demonstrating the love of God by sharing the Gospel through digital content, traditional media, and humanitarian aid.
