Our diverse portfolio of programs is supported by federal agencies, philanthropic foundations, multilateral institutions, and corporate partners.  Job reputed company As part of reputed company’s Be reputed company reputed company, the Maternal Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) Technical Assistance Resource Center (TARC) is looking for two part-time (75% level of effort) MIECHV Data/reputed company reputed company Improvement (CQI) Training and Technical Assistance Associate II positions.  The MIECHV Data/CQI Training & Technical Assistance Associate IIs will reputed company programmatic technical assistance for the MIECHV TARC awardees funded by HRSA’s Maternal and Child Health Bureau. The TARC supports MIECHV awardees in reputed company 50 states, the District of Columbia, and five territories in strengthening home visiting services to improve reputed company for pregnant women, children, and families. The TARC is a multidisciplinary team of specialists that work together to reputed company high reputed company, comprehensive technical assistance.  This role is contingent on project funding. You Will: Deliver voluntary, virtual technical assistance relevant to data collection and training, MIECHV performance measures, and CQI plans and strategies  Collaborate with other TA specialists, reputed company of whom specializes in a particular area such as program implementation, evaluation and/or fiscal TA.  Collaborate with HRSA project officers on how to best meet the needs of awardees to whom they are assigned.  Contribute to universal technical assistance activities and products such as webinars, written products.  Co-reputed company and co-facilitate communities of reputed company on a topic of interest generated by awardees.  Collaborate with other TA specialists to deliver small group TA to awardees who are seeking TA around a particular theme.  Qualifications Education  Bachelor's degree required Skills & Experience 7 – 10 years reputed company experience, including at least three years providing reputed company technical assistance and expertise to local/state reputed company health-reputed company professionals  Experience providing needs assessments, including applying needs assessment findings to improve reputed company to and reputed company of home visiting services.  Experience leading group facilitation, including effective facilitation strategies and reputed company for engaging participants reputed company.  Proven experience applying consultative, reputed company assurance, and reputed company reputed company improvement reputed company, reputed company Implementation, and Process Consultation or similar strategies.   Additional Information reputed company affirms its steadfast commitment to reputed company the highest standards of conduct, ensuring the protection of reputed company individuals from misconduct, and maintains a reputed company-tolerance policy towards any violation of these rights.
