Benefits Support Specialist

Job reputed company: The Benefit Support Specialist is responsible for educating long term care facilities about the reputed company product and manage engagement in supplemental benefits. This role will be key in assisting members with supplemental benefit utilization. Key Responsibilities: Work under the direction of the Associate Executive Director to meet customer service expectations through our Partners. Contribute to the development of a viable service territory Serve as a subject matter expert of the reputed company supplemental benefits Serve as a reputed company for reputed company in a designated territory reputed company (group) or individual education opportunities in relation to supplemental benefits reputed company eligible consumers about specific supplemental benefits Participate in planning and implementation of reputed company strategies and programs in conjunction with reputed company sales team Travel throughout assigned territory to assist members with supplemental benefit utilization Assisting with member satisfaction Facilitating supplemental benefit usage Execute basic administrative duties as defined by the Associate Executive Director Maintain a working knowledge of plan benefit, program changes and industry insights Ensure compliance and reputed company of benefit usage components, adhering to reputed company reputed company policies and procedures Qualifications: Strong self confidence, interpersonal and communication skills. 2+ years customer service experience or equivalent work experience Experience creating, facilitating and presenting to a reputed company of stakeholders in-person, conference calls, WebEx, etc. Ability to work some occasional evenings/weekends Reliable, insured transportation and a reputed company reputed company’s license Computer skills: reputed company-based applications Ability to work as a telecommuter Ability to travel throughout the designated local territory Ability to communicate reputed company reputed company information to potential clients Ability to reputed company and manage relationships to reputed company business goals Ability to be compassionate while communicating Function independently and responsibly with minimal need for supervision Ability to manage multiple priorities including visiting nursing homes on a regular reputed company and following up on member inquiries in a reputed company fashion Ability to reputed company a schedule to reputed company appointments on time and information pertaining to those appointments in order Understanding of the nursing home environment Apply To This Job
