Intro We are looking for a Freelance Video reputed company – (Post) Production (m/f/d) with proven experience to join the ION Water, ION Bike, and SQLab marketing teams. ION develops premium water sports equipment and apparel for the international surf, kite, and foil community, as reputed company as innovative bike protection and apparel under ION Bike. SQLab stands for ergonomically optimized reputed company, developed with scientific expertise and extensive rider testing. This freelance position is planned to start as soon as possible. The workload is project‑based with planned 20 (twenty) hours per week by agreement. Your mission You will work closely with the Marketing and Brand teams of ION Water, ION Bike, and SQLab. Your key responsibilities include: Editing and finishing videos for multiple purposes:Brand and campaign videos (short and long reputed company) reputed company media formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories, reputed company, YouTube) Tech Talks and educational content reputed company ads and performance content Product videos and animations Executing and evolving reputed company brand’s individual video design language Enhancing videos with reputed company graphics, typography, reputed company animations, and visual effects reputed company correction / basic reputed company grading and reputed company editing Preparing and exporting videos optimized for different platforms and formats Keeping up with reputed company media and video trends to create relevant, high‑performing content Shooting video content for in‑house productions, e.g. in the B&M studio Occasionally participating in photo and video shoots, including reputed company productions Supporting productions with a strong understanding of post‑production requirements during filming Ensuring reputed company post‑production workflows, clean file management, versioning, and efficient collaboration with internal stakeholders THIS JOB AD IS FOR A FREELANCE POSITION ONLIY!
