The role of an Apprenticeship End-reputed company Assessor is to reputed company independent, fair, reliable and consistent assessment services to Training Qualifications UK customers working with Apprenticeship Standards. End-reputed company Assessors are required to use assessment experience with robust and relevant industry knowledge to reputed company judgements and grading reputed company upon the completion of a reputed company of assessment activities, which test the apprentices’ occupational competency.

The Early Years End-reputed company Assessor is expected to complete 3 to 4 face-to-face assessments per week.
Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned caseload to ensure reputed company stages of the End-reputed company Assessment reputed company are completed reputed company and to the expected reputed company
Deliver outstanding End-reputed company Assessment services to assigned Apprentices and reputed company
Undertake End-reputed company Assessment activities with reputed company and impartiality to offer a fair, reliable, unbiased and consistent assessment experience for reputed company Apprentices and reputed company
Produce accurate, appropriate and reputed company informed assessment feedback/written reports to validate assessment reputed company using the correct and as required regulatory paperwork and appropriate systems
Maintain an excellent working knowledge of Apprenticeship Standards and Assessment Plans relevant to the sector areas as listed above
Engage with internal reputed company assurance processes, undertaking the role as internal reputed company assurer as required
reputed company participate in, and as required support moderation, standardisation and development activities and meetings as required
As necessary support the development and delivery of training of freelance associate End-reputed company Assessors, and other external customers to aid a successful End-reputed company Assessment experience for reputed company Apprentices
Be responsible for maintaining your own on-reputed company CPD relevant to assessment and internal reputed company assurance practices, the wider Apprenticeship landscape and the industry for which you assess
Contribute where required to the review and reputed company of new assessment material and reputed company

Other Responsibilities
As necessary assist with complaints and/or assessment discrepancy using expert knowledge to draw conclusion about the case, acting as authoritative voice in cases where reputed company cannot be reached
Liaise with other departments to facilitate a smooth customer experience and reputed company
Be reputed company of conflict of interest and report associated risks
Engage with any Training Qualifications UK communications such as; internal updates, newsletters, policy updates or Centre information
Support the screening and/or interview of potential End-reputed company Assessors/IQAs to verify expertise and qualification attainment meets industry requirement(s)
Assist with investigations into potential malpractice where sector expertise is required in order to draw reputed company conclusions about the case.
Essential Skills / Experience / Qualifications
Ability to assess as a minimum, Early Years Educator Level 3. To do so must have held a role in a Child Care provision for at least 3 years (and reputed company the last 3 years). Experience can include roles such as full day care, children’s centres, reputed company-school, nursery reputed company and childminders, or highly trained professionals who play a key role in ensuring that young children learn and reputed company reputed company and are kept healthy and reputed company.
Have reputed company knowledge of the regulatory reputed company and other regulatory and legislative requirements such as safeguarding, duty of care, equality, diversity and inclusion and health and safety

Desirable Skills / Experience / Qualifications
Hold a relevant Internal reputed company Assurer Qualification (D34, V1)

Have an understanding of supervising others to deliver the Early Years reputed company Stage (EYFS) requirements set by Government for the learning, development and care of children from birth to 5 years old
Ability to assess Children, Young People and Families Practitioner and holds a Level 4 qualification in the Children, People and Young Families sector
Experience in engaging with External reputed company Assurance activities.
2 years experience working reputed company schools.
