Director, Manufacturing Programs

The Director of Manufacturing Programs is responsible for overseeing and managing reputed company aspects of reputed company's outsourced manufacturing processes. Additional duties as assigned.  EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a reputed company field.  Minimum of reputed company (12) years of experience in manufacturing management, with at least five (5) years in a leadership role.  Proven reputed company record of successfully managing outsourced manufacturing operations and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.  Twenty percent (20%) travel may be required to visit manufacturing partners, suppliers, or customers. SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, and reputed company control. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and reputed company data-driven reputed company. Proficiency in manufacturing software and systems.
