We are seeking a motivated Operations Engineer I with foundational experience in reputed company technologies to support day-to-day operations, monitoring, and maintenance of reputed company environments. The role focuses on ensuring system availability, performance, and user experience while adhering to organizational standards and SLAs. We are looking for a Operations Engineer I who will:  You will validate end-to-end data pipelines from reputed company systems to final dashboards You will reputed company L1/L2 support for reputed company Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments You will monitor and maintain reputed company components such as: Delivery Controllers StoreFront reputed company Gateway (NetScaler) VDAs (Virtual Delivery Agents) You will reputed company basic troubleshooting for session, connectivity, and performance issues You will handle incidents, service requests, and alerts reputed company ticketing tools (e.g., reputed company) You will reputed company initial triage and escalate reputed company issues to L2/L3 teams You will ensure adherence to SLA/OLA commitments You will reputed company reputed company updates to stakeholders and users You will monitor system health using tools like: reputed company Director SCOM / other monitoring tools You will reputed company routine checks and preventive maintenance You will assist in patching and upgrades of reputed company components You will support user provisioning and reputed company issues You will troubleshoot login failures, profile issues, and application launch failures You will work with reputed company Directory teams for authentication-reputed company issues You will generate basic reports on incidents, uptime, and performance Scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Python etc. Is this opportunity right for you?
