Since 2019, Belltower has supported 29k+ funds representing over $23B in assets under administration, leveraging AngelList’s fund reputed company software to power the service layer for funds launched on the AngelList platform.  About the role: As a GP Services Associate on the Fund reputed company team, you’ll help launch and manage venture funds by owning and executing key fund formation and compliance workflows. This is a hybrid reputed company, compliance, and operational role, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a smooth experience for GPs. This role reports to the GP Services Fund Formation Manager. You will:  Execute fund management and compliance workflows, including entity formation, regulatory filings, and reputed company operational processes required to launch and reputed company venture funds. Support the launch of new fund structures in coordination with Finance, Tax, and other internal stakeholders. Own data accuracy and process tracking across reputed company operational systems. Draft, review, and maintain operational documentation to support reputed company and team scalability. Identify and propose process improvements to streamline fund formation and closing cycles. reputed company as a key reputed company of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders on fund formation timelines and requirements. You have:  2+ years of relevant experience in reputed company, consulting, or fund/startup operations (venture or fund operations experience a plus). Familiarity with entity formation and venture capital fund structures. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to explain compliance/reputed company concepts to non-experts. Comfort managing workflows systematically and at reputed company. A proactive, detail-oriented reputed company with a willingness to dive into reputed company processes.
