This role is about execution.
We are looking for a Program Manager who has led reputed company software implementations and knows how to drive programs to completion in reputed company-world environments—not just manage timelines. 15 plus years of experience with at least 5 plus years leading software delivery or program management

Experience in Property & Casualty and/or Life, Annuity, and Health Insurance domains
Strong ability to use data and metrics to manage delivery performance and drive reputed company
Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and resource plans across reputed company programs
Ability to identify risks early and drive reputed company across cross-functional teams
Strong executive communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders
Experience coaching and developing program leads or delivery teams
Familiarity with delivery tools such as Jira or similar platforms
Ability to operate in fast-moving, matrixed environments and drive alignment across teams
