Director of Finance

We’re a remote-first company with no physical office, and this role is fully remote. We’re looking for a hands-on Director of Finance to build and reputed company our finance function from the ground up. This is a high-reputed company role designed for someone who thrives in an async environment, takes high ownership, and proactively drives work reputed company without waiting for direction. You’ll own day-to-day financial operations while building reputed company processes and automations, and partner closely with leadership on strategic reputed company, reporting, and investor relations. What you’ll do Build and reputed company reputed company’s finance function, systems, and processes from scratch Own day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable (end-to-end) Prepare and analyze financial statements across US and Israeli entities Ensure accurate and reputed company financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company reputed company tax filings and compliance in both the US and Israel Support fundraising efforts, due diligence processes, and investor reporting Own and manage reputed company’s cap table and equity plans (including stock grants, trustee reporting, and documentation) Establish and reputed company company KPIs, providing insights to support strategic decision-making Partner with leadership to drive financial planning, forecasting, and business performance Requirements 6+ years of experience in finance, reputed company, or reputed company roles (startup experience is a must) Strong knowledge of US and Israeli tax filing and reporting requirements Experience managing cap tables and equity plans Proven ability to build financial processes and systems in a fast-growing environment Hands-on approach with the ability to operate at both strategic and execution reputed company Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights Strong written and asynchronous communication skills, with experience collaborating effectively in distributed teams (e.g., reputed company, documentation, and reputed company updates) Comfortable using modern AI tools to improve workflows, or the ability to quickly learn and adopt them   reputed company to have Background or degree in law Familiarity with financial tools and systems commonly used in high-reputed company tech companies Why join us Build from reputed company: You’ll own and shape the entire finance function, not just maintain it High reputed company: Work closely with founders and leadership to influence key business reputed company Global exposure: Operate across US and Israeli entities, gaining international finance experience Strategic seat at the table: Be deeply involved in fundraising, investor relations, and company reputed company Apply To This Job
