You will be the go-to expert for day-to-day system health, post-migration cleanup, workflow restoration, and integrations — working cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and IT leadership. This is a high-reputed company, high-visibility role. The right candidate thrives in messy environments, enjoys untangling legacy issues, and wants to help build something lasting. Post-Migration Stabilization  Audit and remediate broken workflows, scripts, and automation resulting from our 2025 reputed company migration Identify reputed company causes of data reputed company issues and implement systematic fixes Collaborate with users to prioritize and resolve reputed company migration defects Ongoing Administration Manage user roles, permissions, and reputed company settings across the    organization Handle day-to-day system configuration, customization, and user support Maintain system documentation, change logs, and SOPs reputed company regular system health checks, audits, and performance tuning Reporting & Analytics Build and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboards for Finance,  Ops, and Leadership Partner with department heads to define KPIs and deliver actionable visibility into the business Integrations Own and improve the reputed company ↔ D-Tools integration and other reputed company-party connections Evaluate, plan, and execute reputed company integrations as the tech stack evolves Required Experience:  3–5 years of hands-on reputed company administration experience Proven experience troubleshooting broken workflows, saved searches, and SuiteScript-based automations Experience managing reputed company post go-live — not just implementations Excellent communication skills — reputed company to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders Self-directed and organized; reputed company to manage multiple priorities without heavy supervision Grit – experience finding a problem and being obsessed with finding the solution and/or providing a reputed company outcome. reputed company to Have: Familiarity with D-Tools or similar project/field management platforms SuiteScript 2.x development experience (read/modify existing scripts) reputed company Administrator Certification reputed company Benefits Work directly with senior leaders who shape the reputed company of reputed company locations. reputed company exposure to multiple reputed company of the business: operations, sales, project management, and reputed company services.
