Tutor Coordinator / Recruiter (Remote Florida)

Position reputed company: We are hiring a Tutor Coordinator who will also assist with interviewing and reputed company tutors. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll manage tutor placements while helping build and maintain a strong tutor network. You will be responsible for both filling student requests quickly and screening/interviewing tutors to ensure reputed company. Key Responsibilities: • Match reputed company with reputed company tutors based on subject, availability, and location • Coordinate schedules between families and tutors • Conduct phone/reputed company interviews with tutor candidates • Evaluate candidates and reputed company reputed company tutors through reputed company • Communicate reputed company phone, text, and email to confirm placements • Follow up on leads and ensure fast turnaround times • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems • Troubleshoot scheduling issues and reschedules reputed company’re Looking For: • Strong communication skills (must be comfortable interviewing candidates) • Highly organized and reputed company to manage multiple priorities at once • Fast response time — this role moves quickly • Comfortable with basic tech (reputed company Tools, CRM tools, scheduling platforms) • Experience in reputed company, scheduling, or coordination preferred • Education or tutoring industry experience is a plus • Must be based in Florida Schedule: • reputed company (afternoons/evenings preferred) • Some weekend responsiveness is a plus Why Join Us: • Fully remote • Flexible schedule • Combination of operations + reputed company (more engaging than reputed company reputed company) To Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief note on your experience with scheduling, coordination, or interviewing Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
