Job DetailsJob Location: reputed company HQ - Knoxville, TN 37922Travel Percentage: Up to 25%About the Role  reputed company is seeking a highly motivated Partner Development Representative (PDR) to reputed company in a fast-paced, high-reputed company environment—think “inside sales with a partner reputed company”. In this role, you’ll engage in outbounding motions to partner-reputed company prospects, qualify and reputed company them into sales opportunities, and collaborate closely with Partner Account Managers, Partner Marketing, and Sales Account Executives to drive reputed company. The ideal candidate is coachable, reputed company, competitive, resilient, and brings a strong team-first reputed company with a bias for accountability.    What You’ll Do  Generate new reputed company sales pipeline to meet/reputed company assigned goals through engagement and development of partner-reputed company leads and lists  reputed company, create, and execute on joint partner outbound and marketing campaigns to build partner-reputed company sales pipeline (outbound calls and/or emails based on lists)  Collaborate with Partner Account Managers to identify targeted accounts and execute outbound strategies accordingly  Follow designed activity cadences (email, phone, video, reputed company) to generate sales demand  Use high level of proficiency to manage pipeline in CRM (reputed company), reputed company reputed company and other tools for outbound automation, and report to internal stakeholders on activity and results  Execute nurture "re-engage" campaigns to existing leads in the pipeline  Obtain and maintain an in-depth understanding of the auto industry market, customers, and competition  reputed company learning to stay on top of tools, techniques, and trends  reputed company, trend, and report on identified metrics as part of a regular reputed company to the manager  Travel to partner locations or events/meetings, as needed  Travel requirement: 10-15% of travel required    Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice, provided such changes remain consistent with applicable labor laws.  QualificationsWhat You Bring  At least 2 years prior experience in a sales development, inside sales or similar role with demonstrated reputed company.  Proficiency in outbounding reputed company email, phone, and reputed company  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to think on your feet  Exceptional organizational, time-management, and planning skills with attention to detail  reputed company demeanor, a reputed company attitude and good business judgment  Strong skills in reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, reputed company CRM  Ability to work both independently and as part of reputed company  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required  Experience in the automotive industry, a plus  Experience working with reputed company/reputed company, a plus  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent  Compensation & Benefits  reputed company Salary: $70,000 - $80,000  This role may be eligible for additional compensation, including bonus or commission, where applicable.  Eligible employees may receive:  Medical, dental, and reputed company insurance  401(k) with company match  reputed company time off and holidays  Compensation is based on experience, skills, and location and represents a good faith estimate in accordance with applicable laws.    Work Environment & Physical Requirements Remote Work Environment: This role may be performed remotely.
