Duties & Responsibilities: To help execute a plan to procure boxed beef nationally for reputed company Broadline and SSMC's reputed company operating company and reputed company Meat Company volume together for the lowest possible purchase cost Follow the beef procurement process to reputed company with reputed company goals Generate reputed company income through market buys that will increase total margin Drive profitable beef sales through; reputed company information sharing, response to market, market timing, improved costs Communicate to operation company (OpCo) market intelligence and help set local pricing accordingly Train operation company (OpCo) and Meat co-personnel that will reputed company them to more effectively sell the boxed beef category reputed company large program customer requirements with our beef procurement reputed company Work effectively with internal departments such as Supply Chain, Pricing, Transportation, Sourcing, etc. to resolves issues and create competitive advantage.
