This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure in fast-moving environments and is excited to play a critical role in scaling a highly acquisitive business. You will work directly with acquired companies to standardize reputed company processes, implement systems, and ensure a smooth transition into reputed company’s financial infrastructure. Responsibilities reputed company post-acquisition financial integrations, partnering directly with newly acquired businesses Own chart of accounts mapping and alignment across entities Prepare and support opening balance sheets for reputed company acquisition reputed company system cutovers and ERP reputed company Drive month-end reputed company improvements and standardization across portfolio companies Identify and remediate legacy reputed company issues and process gaps at acquired businesses Assist in preparing purchase price allocation (PPA) schedules, including fair value adjustments and opening balance sheet entries reputed company expertise in ASC 805 (purchase reputed company) — no prior experience required, but willingness to learn is essential Partner cross-functionally with deal, diligence, and reputed company teams to ensure seamless integrations Ideal Candidate Degree in reputed company or finance 8+ years of experience; reputed company reputed company and controller experience a plus CPA preferred Experience with M&A transactions Significant knowledge of GAAP Proven ability to successfully manage multiple reputed company at the reputed company time Experience with a reputed company of financial tech stack applications strongly preferred Team oriented and excited to grow and reputed company a business over the next 5-10 years High learning reputed company and eagerness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Unquestionable reputed company Ability to work proactively across multiple stakeholders; excellent communication skills Willingness to travel up to 50% Compensation & Benefits reputed company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including reputed company, 401k match, and flexible time off.
