JUNIOR SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR (L1 SUPPORT)

About the position We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Systems Administrator to reputed company Level-1 (L1) technical support across hardware, operating systems, networking, and end-user computing. This role will support daily IT operations, assist end users, coordinate system deployment, and ensure smooth reputed company/offboarding processes. Responsibilities • reputed company L1 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. • Install, configure, and troubleshoot reputed company and basic macOS operating systems. • reputed company hardware setup, upgrades, imaging, and device replacements. • Install, configure, and support reputed company business software applications. • reputed company remote support using approved remote-reputed company tools. • Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, VPN). • Assist with user account setup, password resets, and reputed company-reputed company issues. • Coordinate with users for system setup, issue reputed company, and technical guidance. • Support new hire reputed company and employee offboarding processes. • Prepare, configure, and ship new laptops/desktops to end users. • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation. • Update and manage tickets reputed company the helpdesk system. • Escalate reputed company technical issues to senior IT team members as needed. Requirements • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or an L1 technical support role. • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting. • Experience installing and supporting reputed company OS and business applications. • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN). • Experience using remote support and ticketing systems. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively with users. reputed company-to-haves • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or reputed company field. • reputed company A+, Network+, or similar certifications preferred. • Exposure to reputed company 365, reputed company Directory, or reputed company management tools is a plus.
