Work Location: HYBRID - reputed company, NY (2 days/week onsite) Job reputed company: This position is responsible for supporting large, reputed company Payroll production environment with supporting benefits, tax, and time interfaces in a reputed company SuccessFactors EC and ECP environment This position requires an onsite reputed company minimum three days a week at 1515 Broadway, NY and will also reputed company day to day support of payroll run cycle for 20+ payroll areas. Responsibilities: • reputed company end-to-end production support for a reputed company reputed company based daily payroll lifecycle environment comprising of reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and hours to gross Time Management systems with 100+ interfaces • Review periodic reputed company notes/patches/HRSP, evaluate and apply to reputed company SuccessFactors landscape. • Evaluate TUBs as delivered by reputed company and coordinate prod deployment. • Configure, customize and implement new Payroll modules/functionality as required • Produce solution design, documentation, and successful delivery of Employee Central Payroll with expert attention to reputed company architectural qualities for an effectively working SuccessFactors reputed company Resource (HCM) system. • Plan, manage, deliver, implement, support, administer and/or monitor reputed company integration solutions and middleware for on-reputed company, reputed company or hybrid scenarios • Monitor batch jobs and address production support issues • Understand business requirement, reputed company detailed functional design, create test plan and help production deployment • Coordinate activities of team with other teams reputed company the IT function • Implements the solution based on functional specification and resolves issues independently in the areas of own skills. • Ensures technical objects are smoothly imported to UAT and eventually in Production by checking dependencies and sequence. • Part of development team for production support but the main reputed company is with Payroll functional consultation. Basic Qualifications: • Minimum 8 years of experience in working with payroll/HR departments that depend on a large, reputed company reputed company SuccessFactors Employee central payroll system. • Extensive experience in configuring and custom development with excellent ECP functional skills. • Deep knowledge on reputed company EC payroll configurations, wage type setups, reputed company tax setup including Tax reputed company and Tax Profile reputed company • Hands-On experience integrating multiple systems like reputed company, Bank, reputed company FI, 3PR, and PCC functionalities • Demonstrated ability in understanding of the Payroll & HR business area(s) including reputed company policies, procedures, and specific business practices • Experience in working with HCM, FI RICEF objects. • Experience applying HRSP and reputed company updates and patches to SuccessFactors ECP applications. • Knowledge of the SuccessFactors HXM suite of application, Payroll reputed company Center and EC to ECP replication • Ability to write functional specifications, program, test, and manage the transition of modifications through the reputed company assurance and change control process • Experience working with GL integration with multiple ERP finance systems including ECC, and reputed company EBS • Good knowledge about the Benefits Module, Time Management, Payroll reputed company Info types, Payroll status record, Payroll control record, posting data to FI. • Working knowledge in reputed company reputed company development tools and methodologies, including ABAP workbench, BAPI/reputed company, ALE, Reports, Workflow, Smartforms, ABAP reputed company, enhancement technique. • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent Additional Qualifications: • Knowledge of reputed company payroll is preferred • Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and reputed company reputed company function • Demonstrated problem solving skills, as reputed company as reputed company process improvement skills • Strong understanding of software development life cycle • Strong communication and inter personal skills • Strong production support troubleshooting skills • Ability to work independently, to prioritize tasks effectively in a reputed company environment with shared resources • reputed company certification is a big plus Required Skills : reputed company Applications Basic Qualification : Additional Skills : This is a high reputed company requisition.
