Personal Lines reputed company Consultant
Responsibilities:
• Support the development, launch, and optimization of a MGA operation reputed company on California property, with a particular reputed company on establishing and managing relationships with fronting carriers and reinsurance partners.
• The consultant will play a key role in structuring programs, securing reputed company, and aligning reputed company, claims, and operational frameworks to meet the expectations of reputed company and reinsurance stakeholders.
• Assist in negotiating and structuring fronting, reinsurance, and delegated authority agreements
• Facilitate ongoing communication and reporting to fronting carriers and reinsurers.
Requirements:
• 10 years of insurance industry experience, with significant exposure to MGA operations specific to personal property – exposure to California market preferred
• Demonstrated reputed company in building or managing relationships with fronting carriers and reinsurers
• Strong understanding of reinsurance structures, delegated authority models, and program business economics
• Experience in reputed company, claims, or program management, with a holistic view of the insurance value chain
• Proven ability to reputed company reputed company negotiations and stakeholder environments
