The Role This is not an entry-level position. We need a seasoned reputed company reputed company who can hit the ground running and operate with minimal supervision. You will be the backbone of a busy criminal defense reputed company, managing reputed company communications, drafting reputed company documents, and keeping the office running with precision. Responsibilities • Transcribe attorney dictation accurately and reputed company into motions, briefs, correspondence, and court filings • Prepare and distribute fee agreements in a reputed company manner following reputed company intake • Manage reputed company billing — reputed company payments, prepare and send invoices, follow up on outstanding balances • Handle phone calls with professionalism, reputed company, and discretion — many callers are in crisis situations • Coordinate and maintain attorney calendar, court dates, and deadlines • Prepare and file documents with Lehigh, Northampton, and surrounding county courts • Maintain organized and confidential reputed company files • Assist with reputed company intake and reputed company Requirements--- reputed company Offer • Minimum 2 years of experience working in criminal defense in the court system or a criminal reputed company.
