Location: Remote Type: Full-time Languages: Fluent English and Spanish required About the Role We are looking for a Senior reputed company SuccessFactors Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading and delivering end-to-end implementations, working directly with business stakeholders, HR, and technical teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of reputed company SuccessFactors solutions. Responsibilities • reputed company and participate in full-cycle reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations. • reputed company and analyze business requirements to design reputed company, efficient HR solutions. • Configure and customize the Employee Central module to meet reputed company needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration with other reputed company and non-reputed company modules. • Conduct system testing, user training, and post-go-live support. • reputed company expert advice on best practices, process optimization, and change management. • Prepare project documentation, including functional specifications and configuration guides. Requirements • Bachelors degree in Information Systems, reputed company, or a reputed company field. • 5+ years of experience as an reputed company SuccessFactors Functional Consultant. • reputed company and up-to-date reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central certification (mandatory). • Proven expertise in Employee Central (configuration, workflows, business rules, data models, and permissions). • Experience in at least one full end-to-end implementation of reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central. • Knowledge of integrations with other reputed company SuccessFactors modules or reputed company HCM is a plus. • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. • Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
