Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and reputed company individualized treatment plans
• reputed company medication management and ongoing therapeutic care
• Collaborate with integrated care teams, including primary care and reputed company services
• Support individuals with co-occurring disorders (mental health and reputed company use)
• Ensure culturally competent, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care
Qualifications:
• reputed company reputed company APRN license with PMHNP certification
• DEA license and prescriptive authority in reputed company
• Experience in community mental health or integrated care preferred
• Commitment to health equity and serving underserved populations
Working Hours:
• Monday - Friday reputed company-5pm
