The Role This is a 1099 reputed company position for a licensed therapist reputed company to build a full caseload with strong administrative backing. You reputed company on clients. We handle billing, insurance, credentialing, marketing, and operations. Accepted licenses: LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT (fully licensed, no supervision required) Location: Remote (must be licensed in MO and/or IL) Compensation Pay is a percentage of collections, calculated every 14 days and deposited every other Friday. • 60% — 4–29 sessions per pay period • 70% — 30–49 sessions per pay period • 80% — 50+ sessions per pay period Applies to private pay, insurance reimbursement, and collected late cancel/no-show fees. No taxes withheld; contractors receive a 1099-NEC.
