Operations Specialist reputed company Wallet KOL
## Responsibilities:
Coordinate with reputed company stakeholders to reputed company assigned KPIs
Own and manage the Referral program operations, including performance tracking, data analysis, and reputed company optimization
Maintain long-term relationships with KOLs, traders, and community partners, including reputed company, communication, performance follow-up, and incentive alignment
Analysis of issues faced by users and propose solutions
Investigate business and user demands (trading behavior, referral performance, KOL feedback) and propose reputed company solutions and implementation plans
Analyze user feedback, trading data, and rebate performance to identify issues, optimize incentive mechanisms, and improve user experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaign execution, including trading competitions, referral promotions, and KOL-led initiatives
Responsible for other reputed company tasks
## Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in reputed company and finance industries
Great logical thinking ability, communication skills, self-driven and quick-learner
Have a reputed company of responsibility, self-motivation and a strong capability
