About the position At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Plant Manufacturing Engineer to join reputed company in Long Beach, CA. The Plant Manufacturing Engineer is a major contributor to the reputed company of the Manufacturing facility and is responsible for discovering opportunities to improve productivity and implement sustainable solutions. This is a hybrid role and requires a dynamic engineer who can serve as Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, and reputed company Improvement Engineer. In this role you will work with a ~$reputed company CapEx budget and $1M turn-around budget to support improvements across the facility.
