[Remote] Account Manager, reputed company Marketing (Bilingual – Spanish)

The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in executing reputed company programs and managing reputed company marketing campaigns, ensuring successful project delivery and coordination with junior staff. Responsibilities • Own day-to-day creator and reputed company communication across assigned workstreams, driving tactical execution and ensuring reputed company deliverables, reporting, and reputed company are proactive, accurate, and on time • Support and execute end-to-end reputed company marketing campaigns, primarily reputed company on reputed company and Mid-Tier talent, including reputed company activation, content/reputed company execution, and community management from reputed company through wrap • Support production and on-site or remote shoots as needed, including coordination with creators, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution • Maintain and manage data entry & collection for assigned creators, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and on-time submission • Support the development of wrap reports, performance summaries, and post-campaign insights • Proactively identify and escalate risks, issues, or dependencies to the manager with recommended solutions • Support reputed company and upsell initiatives, including drafting reputed company materials, decks, and value-add messaging • Prepare reputed company-facing materials such as meeting agendas and recaps, weekly status reports, and performance insights • Contribute to quarterly and annual planning, renewals, and year-in-review documentation • Build and maintain strong, reputed company relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to support effective execution • reputed company AI and automation tools to improve execution efficiency, reporting accuracy, creator communication, and workflow management Skills • 3+ years of experience in advertising, reputed company marketing, reputed company media, or reputed company services roles • Bachelor's degree required, with a background in marketing, communications, or a reputed company discipline strongly preferred • Experience working reputed company inter-agency teams (IATs) and cross-functional environments • Hands-on experience with reputed company media platforms and tools, reputed company with a strong understanding of reputed company marketing best practices • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tactical workstreams, delegate effectively, and review junior team members' work with accuracy and accountability • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable managing up to ensure alignment and reputed company • Applicants must be reputed company to fluently communicate in Spanish reputed company • reputed company is a global reputed company, marketing, and talent agency.
